Discover Your Vision and Follow Your Path
-
Are You Feeling the Call for Something More?
-
Do you find yourself at a crossroads, sensing that a deeper shift is needed?
-
Are you longing for clarity, seeking renewal, or feeling the pull to mark a new commitment in your life?
-
Would you like to connect more to your soul purpose?
Life transitions are not always obvious, and stepping into the unknown can feel daunting. Sometimes, the way forward only becomes clear when we pause, lean into self-reflection, and listen to the wisdom of the natural world.

A vision fast is a profound, nature-based rite of passage - an opportunity to step away from the familiar and into a space of deep transformation. It is a journey that engages your whole being, asking you to fully claim yourself.
Held in a wild landscape, this experience is both challenging and nourishing. You will be supported by a skilled facilitator and often a community of fellow seekers, offering a container for the growth and insight you are ready to receive. I will help you prepare, walk you through the process, and support you in integrating the insights you gain into your everyday life.
What is a Vision / Nature Quest?
This journey weaves together Nature, Personal Growth and Community, culminating in a three-day and three-night solo fast in the wilderness.
The experience unfolds in five distinct phases:

Answering the Call - This is about you deciding you want to commit to a Vision Quest. This phase comes before the retreat, but it is still part of the journey. We will have calls to explore your motivations and intentions, and we will agree preparatory practices and rituals for you to work through before you arrive for the actual retreat.

Severance – A time of preparation and letting go. You will explore what you are leaving behind and clarify the deeper intentions of your fast.

Threshold – The four day 4 night solo fast itself. Alone in nature, without food, without a tent but with basic shelter, without distractions, you will cross into the unknown to meet yourself more fully.
Incorporation – The return. The final days are dedicated to integration - sharing your experience, receiving guidance, and preparing to bring the insights of your journey back into your life.

Integration - The integration phase is where you bring your new insights to bear fruit in your every day life. It is the return to the normal world from the Hero's Journey. I will continue to support you as you find your way through this part of your journey.

This experience is open to all genders and welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds. Unlike gender-specific fasts, the shared space often sparks rich conversations about identity, transition, and personal growth.
Is the Vision / Nature Quest for You?
This Quest is for those who feel called to step into something new - whether that’s stepping into adulthood, embracing elderhood, navigating a major life transition, or seeking greater clarity and purpose. It is for those who sense that life is asking something more of them.

You might be drawn to this experience if:

You are ready to mark a significant transition - career change, relationships beginning or ending, parenthood, personal transformation or transition of some kind. You seek a deeper connection with yourself, nature, and those around you. You want to understand more about what you are here to do. You carry an important question that you want to explore deeply.
This is an ancient, time-honoured practice - one that has taken different forms across cultures and generations.
While we honour indigenous traditions, this is not a Native American vision quest but rather a modern, nature-based rite of passage designed for those seeking meaning in today’s world.

If you feel the pull toward something deeper, if you are ready to listen, to let go, and to step forward with clarity—perhaps this is the moment to answer the call.

Nature Connection Micro Retreats
Welcome to Nature Connection Micro Retreats in Chamonix, France

This is a chance to step away from your day to day life, to take a pause and reset your mind, emotions and nervous system. With a small group of like minded supportive people, we will immerse ourselves in the beautiful nature of Chamonix valley or a few amazing hours. This is also a chance to reflect on and share what is working well (and perhaps not so well in your life), to relax and recharge so you can be ready for the weeks and month ahead.
Who is this for?

This nature connection day is for people who are feeling the need to pause, breathe and reconnect - both with yourself and with something bigger. You might be in a time of transition, feeling a little burnt out, or simply looking for a deeper sense of presence and calm in your life.

It’s especially supportive for those who spend a lot of time thinking, doing, or caring for others - and are ready to take a few hours to be gently held by nature, rather than always holding things together yourself.

This experience is open to all curious and open-minded adults, whether you're new to mindfulness and nature practices or have been exploring them for years. You don’t need to be particularly “outdoorsy” or have any particular level of experience - just a willingness to walk, share, reflect and be present.

Time for sharing with others: There will be opportunities at the start, during and at the end to share your insights, challenges, dreams and thoughts with the rest of the group.
