Personal coaching sessions - any topic
A set of individual coaching sessions is a great way for you to explore a specific topic or to have the space and time to open up and explore your life, your mental wellbeing and your goals. These sessions can be used in any way you want, and are often a good point for you to start exploring your life in a way that you haven't had the opportunity to do before. There are many tools and methods we can use together to help you define your goals, and to help you achieve the life you really want.
Understanding yourself through your personality
Discover a powerful tool for self-awareness, understanding and growth! Understand yourself better to bring about personal growth, improved relationships and inner peace. Unlock your inner power and release your true potential.
Who am I? What is my potential and what is holding me back? Why do I seem to self-sabotage my own good intentions so often? How can I create the changes I dream of in myself and my life?
Around the world, right now, thousands of
people are grappling with these questions. The modern world floods us with confusing and conflicting messages about who we should be, how we should behave and what is important. We are told that we need to keep growing, to become everything that we are capable of becoming, but often our journey takes two steps forward and one step back, and it’s difficult to know whether we’re doing the right thing.
Discovering your inner truth
The Innerview Method has been developed by Nic Askew. It is a way of being and an Art and Science of Witnessing. This is a way of eliciting authenticity, truth and intuitive intelligence. It’s a profound interview method. The approach uses an Interview + Surrender approach where the coach and the client allow the clients inner story and meaning to rise to the top and to be captured. It’s a powerful way of capturing conscious, authentic human stories. This approach is a unique opportunity to allow your truth to find you, and to be spoken through you.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT is a practical method that is very effective when we are really struggling. It involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body's acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine. It is often referred to as ‘EFT Tapping’ or simply as ‘Tapping’. The therapeutic effects of this technique are recognised around the world. You can use EFT tapping for anxiety, limiting beliefs, pain, stress and many other issues.
EFT helps us tune in to the negative patterns that we form around our uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, or troubling memories. With my support,
you ‘tap’ on the correct pressure points while bringing the thoughts or emotions into consciousness in a specific and targeted way. This method creates relief, relaxation, and promotes powerful healing around the emotional or physical issues that hold us back. EFT has been found to be more gentle than EMDR for trauma healing and release.
Live with a deeper sense of purpose and fulfilment
This 6 to 9 session programme will give you the chance to explore your life or a specific topic through a structured process that has the freedom to unfold in whatever way works best for you. This allows us to co-create a coaching experience completely tailored to your needs and objectives. At the same time, the structure makes sure we are efficient with your time, and that we work together in the most powerful way possible. The program aims to cover all aspects of your life, personal and professional.

Dreams, motivations and desired outcomes from coaching

Personality patterns and how to best approach your goals and challenges
Minimising the effect of trauma that may be affecting your current mindset

Team development and coaching
I have studied team and systems coaching as well as behaviour change and group facilitation. This includes courses at Oxford and Derby Universities, the Gestalt Centre in London and practical training in the field. The combination of these approaches, along with my experience both leading and coaching, allows me to deliver a customised approach. Typically team coaching involves a number of stages, and starts with a phase of observation to identify processes, requirements, values, personalities,
and behaviours that are already inherent in the team. Next we will work with all the members of the team to develop shared goals and ways to work together so that the team can operate in the most effective and successful way possible. My approach to team coaching is to use a combination of coaching skills, mentoring, and the latest tools and theories.
Understanding yourself and your team is the first step to effectively leading a group of people or an organisation. Once you learn what drives you and your team, and what is currently limiting your potential, you can start to be much more effective as a leader. This will allow you to set a much clearer path for your team to follow to achieve success. Coaching can focus on specific areas such as team engagement, motivation, feedback, strategy, communication, inspiring your team, creating change, developing culture or
other areas that are specific to yourself, your business or your team. Together we will develop your leadership in a style that suits you, your context and your team.
