Join me online for this live 8-week 'mindfulness for life' group course designed specifically for adults. It is an in-­depth introduction to mindfulness that draws on best practices from Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and the Western mindfulness tradition as well as integrating elements of the Plum Village Approach to mindfulness developed by Thich Nhat Hanh and the monastics of Plum Village. Most notably these additions include phrase-led

meditations, the practice of nourishing joy and happiness, and mindfulness sharing circles.

The course is appropriate for participants completely new to mindfulness as well as novices with significant experience. The course begins by introducing the basic practices of breath and body awareness before deepening into awareness of feelings and thoughts, meditations to nourish happiness and kindness, as well as practices to cultivate mindful communication. The next retreat will be 20th to 24th May in the South of France. The aim will be to provide a programme for individuals or groups to explore personal development, connection, purpose, mindfulness and meaning in a beautiful environment with plenty of space for rest and rejuvenation.
