As an experienced coach, mountain leader, mindfulness teacher and nature facilitation guide, I offer unique opportunities to take a break from your everyday life and get a new perspective. Nature and adventure offers so much richness in terms of building self-awareness, finding inner confidence, inspiration, exploring perspectives and letting go of stress.
I provide an introduction and deeper ongoing support for mindfulness that draws on best practices from Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and the Western mindfulness tradition as well as integrating elements developed by Thich Nhat Hanh, John P. Milton, Burgs, ACT, MAC and brief attentional awareness practices. My own 10 year meditation journey and training informs my teaching and guidance.
I offer eight week courses as well as informal introductions and ongoing mindfulness training. As a qualified sound therapist I also bring in other aspects of experience to help build present moment awareness, build resilience and let go of stress and worry.
High Performance Coaching was primarily developed to support elite athletes and adventurers who wanted to set their own bar as high as possible and perform at the top level in extreme conditions of stress, pressure and uncertainty.
