I too have been there...

I've spent my whole life curious about life and the universe. I've been constantly curious about what else is possible.

In 2011 I went on my first silent meditation retreat. That was the first moment I got out of my head, and connected with my heart. I realised that I had been so disconnected from myself that it was having a negative impact on my life. I was living on automatic pilot.

I have spent the past 15 years going on retreat every year, from week retreats to month long retreats. I've taken my practice out into nature, and brought in aspects from different meditation traditions - working with several different teachers and masters from around the world.

I've spent the past decade learning the tools and gaining the wisdom to be truly able to walk my path.

In 2017 I trained as a mindfulness teacher both for children and for adults. I actually trained with several different schools so that I could understand their different approaches.

I've now consolidated all of my experience and wisdom into a practical framework to help others follow their path with confidence and skill. 

I have distilled what I've learnt to give you the tools that I've used to help myself and hundreds of others.

Over the course of this live 8 week online group experience, you will learn to:

In order to support those who want to join this experience, I am offering the first few places for
just €550.

This will be a small and intimate group experience, and I am excited to support you if you want to take part.

The course will start on Thursday 27th March 2025. We will have a 2 hour online session each Thursday evening for 8 weeks, with a one week break on the 17th April.
